Every tester is vetted personally by the founder of Ugly Baby by watching their initial videos to make sure they provide thoughtful feedback. Most testers are rejected. To stay on the platform they must maintain a 99% approval rating.
The Testers vary widely in profession, location and age. They're normal people who want to make a bit of extra 'beer money'.
